Fifteen percent of every necklace sold is deposited into an education scholarship fund for former child soliders and children affected by war.

For the past three years Onyx Feather has supported the Legacy Scholarship Fund of Invisible Children; a nonprofit that uses film, creativity, and social action to work towards ending the use of child soldiers.

This fund gives children who have been directly affected by the Ugandan war an opportunity to be awarded with high school and university scholarships. It also provides them with mentors to guide them through the process and shape them into leaders that can make a difference.
